Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Certain items that have been used or installed (e.g., Pet Guardrails, Cat Scratching Posts, Pet Seat Belts) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Return an Item

You will receive return instructions within 48 hours.
Ship the item back to us via the provided instructions. We cover return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 48 hours of the refund approval.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
There are no restocking fees.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product at no extra cost.
